Players based in Bangladesh are subject to the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. good1118 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Bangladesh and accepts no liability for any player who breaches local laws in accessing the Platform.

Account Registration & Verification
Each player may register and maintain only one account on good1118. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering your account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. good1118 may use this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you regarding your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. good1118 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify good1118 support immediately at support@good1118. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to secure your account. Please note that good1118 cannot reverse transactions that were processed prior to your notification.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: good1118 applies KYC procedures in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. good1118 reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, cropped, or otherwise unclear. - Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible, subject to an administrative processing charge.
- good1118 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level, particularly where enhanced due diligence measures are in effect.
Withdrawals:
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
- good1118 does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount requested is the amount dispatched to your payment account.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. VIP-tier accounts (Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond members) benefit from priority processing queues with reduced turnaround times.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification checks. good1118 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to release.
good1118 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements have not been satisfied within five business days of the withdrawal request being initiated. good1118 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment networks, including mobile wallet processing delays on the bKash or Nagad networks.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
good1118 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
General bonus conditions applicable to all offers:
- All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Where no multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- good1118 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of systematic abuse, technical error, or misuse.
- A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome offers via separate accounts constitutes multi-accounting and will result in permanent account closure.
- Wagering contributions towards bonus clearance vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
- good1118 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and related payouts if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent wagering patterns, including but not limited to: placing equal and opposite bets to exploit bonus terms, betting on outcomes with low house edges to accelerate wagering clearance, or any other form of bonus abuse.
The Black Diamond VIP Programme operates under its own set of loyalty terms, which are provided separately to eligible players upon advancement through the programme tiers. Participation in the VIP Programme does not exempt a player from compliance with these general Terms & Conditions.
Section 6
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the following rules apply:
- If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, any wager placed on that round will be returned to the Player's account balance.

The use of any software, tool, algorithm, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage — including automated betting scripts, game prediction software, or exploit-based wagering strategies — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
For Cricket betting markets: all settled markets are final unless an official result correction is issued by the relevant governing body (BPL, ICC, BCCI, etc.) within 48 hours of the event. In-play markets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market is closed, as recorded by good1118's data feed provider. Disputes regarding cricket market settlements must be raised with support within 72 hours of the event conclusion.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
Important: Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds and bonus funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on good1118. This list is not exhaustive; good1118 reserves the right to determine that any conduct not listed below nonetheless constitutes a breach of these Terms if it is contrary to the spirit of fair and lawful use of the Platform:
- Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on good1118, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.
- Money laundering: Using good1118 as a mechanism to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. good1118 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or card game environments to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the house.
- Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other software that automates gameplay or betting decisions without human involvement in real time.
- Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform. good1118 reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargedback amounts through legal means.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards good1118 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be void and forfeited.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your good1118 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@good1118. Upon receipt of a closure request, good1118 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance subject to completion of applicable verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Closure by good1118: good1118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplemental policy published on the Platform
- Evidence of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or criminal behaviour as described in Section 7
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- A verified self-exclusion request or responsible gaming referral requiring account closure
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. good1118 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy charge. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from dormant account balances after this period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support or via the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the Player will not receive any promotional communications from good1118.
